Something I am very passionate about is birth and the birth experience. I myself had 2 wonderful home birth’s with my daughters and they were both such life changing experiences. Weather you choose to have your children at home, in a birth center or hospital I always advocate for an educated mother and father who have an understanding of what is “normal” and have a strong team supporting them.
Maybe some day I will become a Douala heck maybe a midwife. We’ll see. Until them I am always so honored to be asked to be at such a special moment in a families life. I think being through the experience myself gives me a level of compassion and understanding I wouldn’t have otherwise.
