When people from out of state love Colorado so much, they plan photo sessions while they’re in town.
Elise and her mother were in northern Colorado visiting family and took advantage of the beautiful Colorado Summer to capture Elise’s Senior Portraits.
Before heading up to Horsetooth Reservoir, we stopped by a local flower garden near Downtown Fort Collins that was in full bloom. We even got to meet the neighborhood kitty who has been made famous by his silly antics in the downtown area.
Elise has such a kind and carefree spirit. It was so easy to showcase that amongst such beauty! We headed up to Horsetooth Reservoir right before sunset where we were greeted with amazing views and beautiful evening clouds that really set the tone for the rest of the shoot. I always try to start with a plan, but I’m open to see where things take us during any session and I’m so happy with what we created together.
